The Eichstätt Music Festival takes place every year at the beginning of May on Mother's Day weekend. It is an atmospheric spring festival and brings top-class music specialists to the picturesque Altmühl Valley. Music in historical rooms and in historical performance practice - that is the concept.

From May 8th to 11th, 2025, the magnificent rooms of the baroque town of Eichstätt will be brought to life: the Hall of Mirrors in the Residence, Notre Dame, the Holzer Hall in the Summer Residence or the Shell Pavilion in the Court Garden. This year, the festival will be enriched by an opening concert in the magnificent baroque church of St. Walburg in Morsbach near Titting.
