Ticket Regional is a product of click around GmbH.

The sale of admission or participation tickets for the events and tours as well as for other products published by the click around GmbH Ticket Regional System ensues exclusively according to our Terms and Conditions.

By ordering admission tickets, participation tickets, or other products, the customer commissions click around GmbH to process the sale on behalf of the organizer, including mailing and payment processing.

Contractual relations arise solely between the customer and the respective organizer or supplier of products. Click around GmbH operates only as agent. Guarantee claims by the customer concerning provision of services arranged by click around GmbH on behalf of the respective organizer can be brought only against this organizer. Click around GmbH is especially not liable for the actual performance of the event or for the refund of costs of tickets paid for in the case of cancelled or rescheduled events. Nor is click around GmbH liable for any resulting damages from these circumstances. In the case of the organizer’s insolvency, no claim exists against click around GmbH for reimbursement in view of a claim by the customer against the organizer.

The customer is obligated to examine immediately the admission or participation tickets or other products for accuracy and completeness on delivery and to declare immediately any complaints against click around GmbH in written form (also by e-mail).

Click around GmbH reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in case of obvious errors in price as well as in the case of the impossibility of performing the arranged services, and in cases of acts of nature beyond its control. In the case of unavailability of the arranged services, click around GmbH shall inform the customer immediately concerning the unavailability and shall immediately reimburse the customer for the payments already made.

Admission or participation tickets cannot be exchanged, returned, or cancelled. A distance contract according to § 312 b paragraph 3 Nr. 6 of the German Legal Code does not apply to the sale of admission or participation tickets, so that the customer has no claim to right of withdrawal or right to restitution against click around GmbH or the organizer. Every order for admission or participation tickets is binding and obligates payment.

Ein Rücktritt des Kunden vom Vertrag sowie eine daraus resultierende Rückgabe von Eintrittskarten sind nur bei Terminverlegung auf ein anderes Datum oder bei Absage der Veranstaltung seitens des jeweiligen Veranstalters möglich. Bei Sportveranstaltungen sind Verschiebungen der Spieltermine grundsätzlich möglich. Die genaue Uhrzeit bzw. das Datum sind der aktuellen Tagespresse zu entnehmen. Bei Terminverschiebungen von Sportveranstaltungen ist eine Rückgabe der Eintrittskarten nicht möglich.

A withdrawal by the customer from the contract or a return of admission tickets resulting from that is possible only if the event is rescheduled to another time or if the event is cancelled by the respective organizer. In these cases, the customer must return the admission ticket immediately to click around GmbH, however, at the latest, not more than 30 days after the original time of the event. Relevant for meeting the deadline is the date when the admission ticket arrives at click around GmbH. In this case, the customer shall receive reimbursement of the full ticket price insofar as the original admission tickets (not copies) are presented to click around GmbH within this deadline and insofar as these tickets were ordered online through the Ticket Regional website. However, a postponement is inherently possible in the case of the playing time of sports events. The exact time and/or date can be found in the daily press. A return of admission tickets is therefore not possible when sports events are postponed to another time or date.

If the admission tickets are lost, no reimbursement is possible.

The price announced for the admission tickets includes advance sales and processing fees as well as the legal value added tax. A flat rate mailing fee is added for each order.

Click around GmbH is commissioned by the respective organizer to process payment transactions as a part of the online ticket sales. To this purpose, these organizers have empowered click around GmbH in advance to assert all ongoing demands against the end customer (ticket buyer) arising from online sales on behalf of click around GmbH and on account of the respective organizer and to enforce these demands in court or out of court. The above-mentioned demands by the organizers include all so-called system fees, advance sales fees, booking office and mailing fees agreed upon between the organizer and the end customer.

Accordingly, click around GmbH shall collect the credit card payments and debit entry orders by the end customer on behalf of click around GmbH and on account of the respective organizer.

The online ticket buyer defaults on payment if his or her bank does not process debit entries or does not execute or redebit credit card payments. In this case, click around GmbH levies a reminder charge of € 5.00 for each reminder letter as well as the effective return debit entry fee of the participating banks.

Sole place of fulfillment for delivery, services, and payment as well as place of jurisdiction is Trier. German law applies exclusively.

As of April 15, 2011
